 Daily routine to promote a healthier life    On my quest to live a healthier life, I have implemented a  daily routine that helps to energize my mind and body for a productive day and ultimately, a long, healthy life.  Two weeks after implementing my new daily routine, I began to feel an enormous sense of well-being.
